I don't offer true mini sessions. I offer petite sessions on gown rentals and I have limited spots for holiday sessions. I have found that I cannot connect deeply with a family in order to do a true mini session. 

If your child has the need for anything to make them comfortable or put them at ease, bring that. For me, its Hot Wheels. I have them in every car, purse, bag. 

Any item you want to be included in the photographs. Could be heirloom jewelry, a special blanket. Just make sure to let me know so I can highlight it   

Wipes regardless of ages; they clean up so much!

Dryer sheet -keeps the bugs off

Baby Powder for beach sessions. 

Brush, makeup and anything else needed for touch ups. 

Senior sessions-bring your sports uniform including undergarments, socks, and shoes.

Maternity session: strapless bra and maternity undies 

I have a policy that if you come to the session, plan to be in the session. I love to add parents to senior sessions or grandparents to sessions.

I offer style guidance with all my sessions. I also have a client closet that has dresses and I am working on adding pieces for boys and more for men. 

Short answer is: what will they wear? I have a child on the spectrum and he wont wear certain types of clothing. I plan his outfit first and the family around him. 

 I think that bold colors look amazing! Think jewel tones paired with beige or tans. A mixture of fabrics and small patterns. Once we book a session I will send you a style guide to help guide your choices.

Two weeks for the proof gallery and then four to six weeks for finished images. 

I do families, seniors, boudoir, maternity and glamour sessions. I do not do events and I am currently working on doing posed newborns. I can do lifestyle newborn sessions

Such a good question! The non refundable retainer, is non refundable. This allows me to keep the date secured for our session. It allows me to purchase any props or clothing for your session. 

All sessions come with print rights and business sessions come with commercial use rights. This allows you to print your photos as you wish. I do not give copyright usage as your needs can be met with a print release or commercial release. 

If you are concerned about your images being shared on social media-don't be. If you allow me to share your session-that is fantastic but not needed. 

The short answer is no. The unedited proofs do not represent my work. 

There are a lot of catch phrases that are shared online and people like to ask for RAW images when they mean unedited ones. RAW files are large and require special software to open. I do not give out the RAW formats either.  

I require forty-eight hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Obviously, that isn't always possible and I am understanding of that. 

During the summer, we will pick two dates as a back up. I try to not cancel sessions due to weather until about two hours prior to the start, unless hair and makeup appointments are involved. Then we can cancel with enough time to move those appointments. 

I pride myself in going as quickly as possible. I have a lifestyle approach and aim to get all the real personalities from everyone. Most family sessions take about an hour. For my neurodiverse families it can take a little longer as everyone warms up and gets comfortable. But I try to keep everything under two hours. 

Business branding, boudoir and senior sessions take longer as there is changing involved.
